Integration of Injection Molding Machines

The integration of injection molding machines, tooling and peripherals plays a major role in a molding automation system. Therefore we established close and long-term partnerships with other project participants, such as injection molding manufacturers, and leading mold makers.

Factory Acceptance Testing

We run a comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to determine and document whether the production system operates as intended and meets all the contractual specifications. Having the complete production system thouroughly tested and debugged in our factory prior to FAT also ensures shortest possible on-site installation times. This proceedure minimizes risks at start-up of production
