HEKUMA has a solid track record in breaking new grounds in molding automation. We have developed crucial technologies, which finally made innovative technologies such as T-IML ready for production. We were the first to take the challenge to deal with IML for extraordinary large cavities for 32 oz stadium cups. HEKUMA has even presented a unique labeling process for PET and PVC blister packaging with or without integrated RFID-tag handling.

New products like reclosable cans, new kinds of toys or highly-integrated consumer electronics often require new manufacturing technologies – and braking new grounds or outside-of-the-box thinking are among HEKUMA’s strengths.

Qualification and Certification

System qualifications and validations are playing an ever-increasing role. New medical production systems have to be qualified according to numerous standards like ISO, FDA, GMP. HEKUMA support its customers not only with the often complex and laborious qualification documentation (FMEA, DQ, IQ and OQ) but also with support during qualification accomplishment.
