Pipette Tip Automation
HEKUMA offers automation systems for the complete range of production requirements. In the lower end, pipette tips can be taken out by the HEKUMA system with only a packaging machine attached in order to pack in bulk.
For all other systems where gentle handling and quality control are mandatory, Hekuma offers a wide range of modules and concepts. The heart of these automation lines is the HEKUMA high speed side entry takeout system. Designed to meet clean-room requirements and high rigidity, the takeout gripper will take out tips from 32 or 64 cavity molds in as little as 0.35 seconds. Gentle handling with no damage are still ensured.
The main modules comprise of 100 % of visual inspection of the tip’s inner and outer diameter, inspection for flash or short shot, replacement of reject parts with good tips, filter insertion, mounting in racks, stacking of racks, packing and others.
