Gripper Technology

Our weight-optimized but rigid gripper technology can handle complex insertion and take-out tasks for low to high cavitation molds. Using floating centering devices, our grippers may precisely position up to 70 individual parts per cavity. For the medical device industry, cleanroom-compatible designs are available. Read more

Up- and Downstream Automation

Our pre- and post-molding solutions include sophisticated parts preparation for insert molding, cavity-oriented sorting and 100% quality assurance as well as multi-part assembly, ultrasonic welding and decorating with laser marking, thermotransfer or pad printing system. Stacking, banding and wrapping can be performed within the production line, with subsequent transfer to downstream bagging and boxing systems. Read more
