Interpack 2008 in Duesseldorf from 24. till 30. May 2008

Once again the world´s biggest packaging fair, the Interpack took place in Duesseldorf. Nearly 180,000 visitors received information on newest developments of machinery for packaging, e. g. confectionery and bakery goods, as well as production systems for packaging goods and new packaging materials.

The positive mood at the largest Interpack so far was also obvious at the HEKUMA stand.

HEKUMA presented an IML application with a 6-axes-robot. Due to its high degree of flexibility this IML cell is used

primarily for the production of small and medium lot sizes of packaging goods with in-mold-labeling. This system created a lot of interest with many visitors.
